Incident Response Solutions Limited (Incident Response Solutions) announced today that it has launched in New Zealand. The company provides forensic, cyber security and crisis management services.
The company was founded by Campbell McKenzie, who was previously a Director at PwC New Zealand. Campbell led PwC’s national forensic technology practice, and the Auckland cyber security practice. Prior to PwC, Campbell was a founding member of NZ Police’s Electronic Crime Laboratory.
According to Incident Response Solutions, “Technology enables organisations to deliver on their strategy. It also presents unique challenges when things go wrong. We help you to prepare, respond and recover, so you can return to normal operations”. We define “Incident Response” as the approach which an organisation takes when responding to a crisis related event. Examples include:
- cyber attacks
- data/privacy breaches
- employment and associated misconduct investigations
- litigation and regulatory eDiscovery requests
Incident Response Solutions offers flexible service delivery. Examples include attendance on site to assist with a current cyber attack, or facilitating the secure transfer of sensitive data for forensic laboratory processing and examination to a Tier 3 Data Centre. They can also host cyber security training and simulation events out of central city locations in Auckland and Wellington, or around the country as required.
Contact Incident Response Solutions to prepare, respond and recover from the risks posed by cybercriminals, data/privacy breaches, employment matters; and litigation/regulatory eDiscovery obligations.
